Continental SID208 Immo Off and Immo Virgin

The Continental SID208 is a diesel engine control unit used across selected Peugeot, Citroën, Fiat, Ford, and Land Rover vehicles. CK Decode provides dedicated immobilizer solutions for this ECU, with the available function depending on the specific vehicle application.

For Peugeot, Citroën, and Fiat SID208 ECUs, CK Decode provides an Immo Virgin solution. For the supported Ford and Land Rover SID208 applications listed below, an Immo Off solution is also available.

It is important to distinguish these two functions. Immo Virgin and Immo Off are not the same procedure: the correct CK Decode function must be selected according to the ECU and vehicle application.

SID208 Immo Off – Ford and Land Rover

CK Decode also provides an Immo Off function for supported Ford and Land Rover vehicles equipped with the Continental SID208 ECU.

Supported applications include:

Ford

• Ranger (3rd) – 2.2 TDCI EU5 150 CV
• Ranger (3rd) – 3.2 TDCI 200 CV
• Tourneo Custom – 2.2 TDCI EU5 100/125/150 CV
• Transit – 2.2 TDCI 100/125/140/150 CV

The project vehicle data confirms Continental SID208 applications for the Ford Ranger T6 with 2.2 and 3.2 TDCi engines. It also records SID208 applications for the 2.2 TDCi Ford Transit and Tourneo Custom.

Land Rover

• Defender – 2.2 TD4 122 CV

The Land Rover Defender 2.2 TD4 is recorded with the Continental SID208 ECU in the project vehicle database.

SID208 Immo Virgin – Peugeot, Citroën and Fiat

The SID208 Immo Virgin function is available for the following applications:

Peugeot

• Boxer (2nd) – 2.2 HDi 109/129/148 HP (2011)

Citroën

• Relay – 2.2 HDi 109/129/148 HP (2011)
• Jumper (2nd) – 2.2 HDi 109/129/148 HP (2011)

Fiat

• Ducato (3rd) – 2.2 MJet 109/129/130/131/133/148 HP (2011–2014)

These Peugeot, Citroën, and Fiat applications are recorded with the Continental SID208 ECU in the vehicle database.

Siemens/Continental SID208 Immo Off and Immo Virgin with CK Decode

CK Decode provides both Immo Off and Immo Virgin functions for the Continental SID208, depending on the vehicle application listed above. These are separate immobilizer solutions, so make sure you select the correct function for the vehicle you are working on.

To process a supported SID208 ECU:

1. Download CK Decode through this link.
2. Open the Functions tab.
3. Select MANUFACTURER → Siemens → SID 208.
4. Choose the appropriate function:
   • Immo Virgin for the supported Peugeot, Citroën, and Fiat SID208 applications.
   • Immo Off for the supported Ford and Land Rover SID208 applications listed above.
5. Read the required Flash and EEPROM data with your compatible interface.
6. Upload the ECU file to CK Decode.
7. Click Process.
8. Write the processed file back to the ECU.
